

You will be asked to complete an online comprehensive sleep questionnaire to complete to give me a clear view of what sleep challenges you are facing right now.
You will have access to my free sleep log app so we know exactly how much sleep YOUR baby needs in 24 hours. This real time data allows me to help you shape your baby's sleep schedule to best suit how much sleep they need and when.
This will allow us to ensure their sleep pressure is at the optimal level for them to sleep longer.
We will then book a 60-90 minutes consultation via Zoom/Facetime to discuss my suggestions around sleep schedules, routines and settling techniques
I will then create your written sleep plan, explaining your different Self settling approaches options, so you know exactly what will happen. step by step, with both methods I use.
I will then collate all the information together and send everything to you wihtin 3 working days of our consultation meeting to keep and refer to as we sleep train and for the future.
I will then check in with you each day (Monday to Sunday) to support you to implement your tailored sleep plan, as you need me.
7 to 21 days of daily support (9am-9pm) 7 days a week via Whatsapp/text/voicenotes to help you implement your plan from night 1.
